No, all our buckles come from the the supplier pre-engraved with the Hounds of Eden branding. Personalization options can be viewed here.

Currently I am unable to make Harris Tweed harnesses, this is something that I am currently looking in to and will be releasing a harness as soon as I have one that I am happy with and has been fully tested.

Dog collars should only require rinsing under water and patting dry, they are designed to repel water and dirt.

Plastic/Metal hardware should be rinsed with clean water including after contact with salt water.
NOTE: Machine washing dog collars may reduce the effectiveness of the water and stain repellent coating.
NOTE: Limited Edition dog collars may have different washing instructions please refer to specific product pages for detailed information.

Should you wish to machine wash your items, please use a 30°C - hand wash setting and place items in a sock/delicates' washing bag to prevent damage. Tweed may fur up over time to refresh the fabric you can use a 2 blade razor and gently shave the fuzz off the fabric and it should look good as new.

Using a flexible measuring tape (or string) measure the dog's neck as per the diagram below allowing additional space for two fingers. If you dog falls between sizes, it is always best to contact us. If you require a smaller or larger size than listed, please email us and we will endeavor help you.

We operate a 30 day no quibble returns/exchange policy.

Please email support@houndsofeden.co.uk to request a return. Please provide as much information as possible in your email including the order number, the reason you would like to return the item and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

You will receive an email back giving you instructions on how to return the item to us.

Please Note: All items must be in an unworn, resalable condition. You cannot return items that have been personalised or customised in any way (This does not affect your statutory rights).

We are not able to pay for return shipping for items returned for reasons other than damage or defect.
