Our cooling mat offers instant relief from the heat of Summer, using our non-toxic, specialized performance fabric it does not contain toxic gels nor is it made out of uncomfortable plastic. It is padded, soft & comfortable for your dog to use on furniture, in beds, crates, cars as well as out and about as a settle mat.

❄️ Can be sprayed with water for extra cooling effect on the go (small, convenient spray bottles available separately here). 

❄️ For ultimate cooling, simply soak the mat in water, wring out excess water and place into your freezer for 10-60mins. 

❄️50 x 70cm (20 x 28 inches) One size fits most dogs up to 15kg approx, Larger breeds will still benefit as it will cover their belly/chest area to cool them down, or simply use two if wanting to cover a crate for example.

Heat stoke Prevention Tips

• Do not walk your dog when it is hot/warm outside. This temperature can vary depending on your dog’s breed, age & coat.
• For older, thick coated or brachycephalic (flat faced breeds) dogs this could be a temperature of anything above 18c. If it doubt, please call your vet for advice.
• Ensure fresh water is always available. Use wet cooling mats in crates/beds at home.
• Use fans or Air con in the rooms where your dogs are.
• Walk your dogs early in the morning (before 9am) or late evening when it is cooler, do check temperatures as sometimes it is not much cooler.
• Give frozen plain yogurt to lick or other frozen treats.
• Wet your dog regularly if they are still panting inside the house despite above measures.
• If you notice excessive panting, foaming at the mouth, pale gums, lethargy, confusion, or sickness - take your dog to the vet immediately.
