No Quibble Return
All our products carry a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. If you would like to return a product you have purchased please either email [email protected] or submit a return at https://www.houndsofeden.co.uk/index.php?route=account/return/add
Items returned must be in a new unused condition and should be free from hair and wear and tear. Failure to return collars in a new condition may result in a reduced refund being given.
Damage or Defective Products
On the rare occasion that one of our products arrives with you damaged, please contact us immediately or follow the no quibble procedure above.
If for some reason your product is defective please contact us immediately, you must return the product to us and we will arrange a replacement to be made and sent to you.
Order Error or Product Exchange
If you have ordered the incorrect size or you would like to change to a different fabric after your order has been dispatched or received, please return the product to us as soon as possible (using the information above - No Quibble Return). We will be happy to make changes to your order.
In instances of order error or product exchange requests, the cost of return postage will be invoiced and must be paid before items are returned.
Custom Made Products
Any product that is made to specifications other than those listed on this website are considered custom made products. These items are exempt from the 'No Quibble Return' policy, and refunds and replacements are only available where a mistake has been made by Hounds of Eden, or the items are damaged or defective. This does not impact your statutory rights.
Hounds of Eden takes no responsibility for returned items lost in the post, it is recommended that items are sent signed for delivery for peace of mind.
If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased please get in contact with us. Even if it is outside the 30 days period we will endeavour to assist in any way we can.
