How do I look after my dog collar?
All our dog collars are treated with special stain resistant coating. Dog collars should only require rinsing under water and patting dry, they are designed to repel water and dirt.
Plastic/Metal hardware should be rinsed with clean water including after contact with salt water.
NOTE: Machine washing dog collars may reduce the effectiveness of the water and stain repellent coating.
NOTE: Limited Edition dog collars may have different washing instructions please refer to specific product pages for detailed information.
Should you wish to machine wash your items, please use a 30oC - hand wash setting and place items in a sock/delicates' washing bag to prevent damage. Tweed may fur up over time to refresh the fabric you can use a 2 blade razor and gently shave the fuzz off the fabric and it should look good as new.
How do I get my dog's neck size?
Using a flexible measuring tape (or string) measure the dog's neck as per the diagram below allowing additional space for two fingers. If you dog falls between sizes, you are always better selecting the larger size. IF you require a smaller or larger size than listed, please email us and we will endeavour help you.
